About Your Instructor
Rutchanee (pronounced "Rush-Annie") is a Thai cuisine consultant; she was born in Songklah, Thailand. She started cooking at the age of 7 and learned all the techniques of preparing authentic Thai dishes from her grandma. At a young age, Rutchanee mastered her own unique Thai dishes. She came to Canada in 2009, Rutchaneee has an extreme passion and skill to cook Thai food for the people of Edmonton. You will taste the love and experience in her cooking.
